Graduating from Cal State University in Fullerton in 1973, Peter made the move to Hollywood where he landed his first starring role opposite the legendary Mae West in 'Sextette', which also gave him the chance to work with Ringo Starr and Timothy Dalton. He went on to star in numerous feature films and in television. By the early 90's he had moved behind the camera as co-writer and executive producer for Cinetel Films and wrote and/or directed “Stranger in the House”, “Captured”, “Alone with a Stranger” and “Stepdaughter” for The Image Organization and WIN International Pictures.
At the turn of the millennium Peter helped form Allegiant Metro Studios, a Production / Distribution company in Santa Monica, California where he concentrated his screen writing abilities and story development skills in targeting the "spiritually progressive" demographic. In 2004 Peter joined Global Universal Film Group as Senior Vice President and Head of Development and in 2008 became President of Global Universal Entertainment where he was instrumental in bringing its parent public company, Global Entertainment Holdings (GBHL), onto the OTC |

As a 25 year veteran in the entertainment industry, Will Summers’ wide range of experience covers every aspect of the entertainment business, including a unique and innovative approach to film making, financing and production which has enabled him to work on many film, television and music projects over the past several years. Summers began his career in the music business working with such major companies as Warner Brothers, Electra, Atlantic, Reprise, Intersound, where he worked with many of the top recording artists . In 1999 Summers’ moved on to be the Vice President of A&R for Avalon Records in Nashville, TN. In the Spring of 2003 Summers’ went back to his career in television and film, producing national and international television shows like Vessel Fitness, Vegas Pawn and working on films with Matthew McConnaughey, Illeana Douglas, Clarence Williams III and others. |

Fred Wolfson has a 35+ year history in the film and television business. Working to write for “Clerow Productions”, Flip Wilson's production company. Stephen Bochco’s LA Law, Hill Street Blues and Pickett Fences. With a background in law enforcement and private security, Fred worked with ABC writing and producing his own segments of “The Home Show”, a number one rated TV show for over 10 years. Also appeared as a repeat guest on Geraldo, CNN, ABC News and Oprah. He went on to write and produce shows for Paramount home video and several TV specials.
In 1992 Fred created, wrote, executive produced and appeared on-air in his own hit television show for the USA Network called “Case Closed”.
He went on to merge his company with Satin Productions where he created the syndicated series called “Tales from the lottery’, which appeared nationwide in syndication in over 110 markets and starred Dick Clark. |

Born and raised in Athens, GA, Desiree is an accomplished jazz, ballet and theatre performer and also skilled in voice and tap. At age ten, Desiree auditioned for “The Nutcracker” and won the leading role as Mary with the Atlanta Ballet. A childhood pastime blossomed in the following years into an intense desire to advance her skills and pursue the performing arts as a career. Desiree received a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts from the Oklahoma City University. She enjoyed studying and training under the leadership of director and founder of the American Spirit Dance Company, and nationally known master ballet teacher and performer, Jo Rowan and where Desiree won awards and dance Scholarships at OCU. During college, Desiree was being prepared for a career in the entertainment industry, and radiated in the spotlight. Work and play were one in the same, and within no time, her off-Broadway credits ranged from “Guys and Dolls”, “Oklahoma”, “Grease”, “Chorus Line”, “Camelot”, “Hello Dolly”, and “Cinderella”. From there Desiree created, hosted and produced her national and international cable fitness television show, "Vessel Fitness", which airs to over 250 million households worldwide and produced the national television series, "Vegas Pawn". |

Born and raised in San Jose, Ca. Spent 15 years living in Oregon, raising two sons before landing in Los Angeles, Ca. in 2008 to work for the Recording Academy. (Grammys). His accomplishments in the Grammys organization has proved helpful as liaison working with Show logistics, talent escort, red carpet, auctions, archiving Grammy history for it's museum and is still involved helping out with up-coming Grammy shows and Musicares auctions.
Ernie's career in music playing most instruments spans many years as a recording artist, touring musician, producer and music education. He has had the opportunity working with well known music producers, recorded on many CD's, played countless live shows in concert, radio and television with well known artists in the music industry. |
